From 10 AM to 7 PM – Free entry at the Museu del Barroc de Catalunya: Come and enjoy the Museu del Barroc de Catalunya, a nationally renowned museum that transforms Manresa into a reference point for the interpretation of Catalan Baroque art. There are almost 200 artworks, with music, audiovisuals, and light effects that offer a fascinating journey through the culture, landscape, and art of the 17th and 18th centuries.
From 10 AM to 4 PM. Free entryat the Museu Petit: In this exhibition, you will see a selection of works from the collection of the Museu de Manresa, as well as the Giants and “Cabezudos” of the city.
From 10 AM to 4 PM_Family activity “La Festa Barroca”: Roser, one of the main characters of the museum, enjoys organizing parties. Last night, she did a big one, and now the museum is in chaos! Can you help her? Sharpen your eyes and discovery spirit to help her restore order.
From 10 AM to 4 PM_Family creativity space: Come and enjoy our creativity space, which offers different dynamics of free creation, as well as a wide variety of tales and books related to art, museums, and history.
From 16 AM to 6 AM_Musical walk at the Museum: We invite you to explore the rooms of the Museu del Barroc and enjoy listening to the interpretation of different musical compositions by the Conservatori Municipal de Música de Manresa.
At 7 PM_The Show “Dracs i focs d’aniversari”: The dragons and bestiary of the Xàldiga Taller de Festes company will dance and light up the museum with sparks, firecracker and music to celebrate the first anniversary of the Museu del Barroc de Catalunya. The show will take place at Plaça de Sant Ignasi.
