Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. From the age of 14, if they visit unaccompanied, they must bring their ID card or an equivalent document.
Access to the museum’s exhibition rooms is permitted with baby carriages.
We ask that you show the utmost respect to other visitors.
The artworks are delicate. It is advisable to keep a safe distance, avoiding touching them or pointing at them with sharp objects such as pencils, pens, sticks or umbrellas.
Once entry has been validated at the access control point, it will not be possible to leave the museum and re-enter.
If tickets are sold in advance and the user does not use the service for reasons attributable to their responsibility, they will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts corresponding to unused tickets. It is important to remember that purchased tickets are only valid for the day and time selected at the time of purchase, either in person or online.
Access to the exhibition halls ends 30 minutes before closing time.
The mission of the staff responsible for the rooms is to facilitate your visit. Please follow their instructions.
In the exhibition halls, you are allowed to take photos and record videos for personal use, but the use of flash and tripods is strictly prohibited. However, it should be noted that this authorization does not apply to the image of people, and it is essential to obtain their explicit consent before capturing them in a photography or video. For any commercial use, by professionals or the media, it is necessary to contact the Museum’s Press department in advance, either by calling +34 93 874 11 55 or by sending an email to info@museudelbarroc.cat.
In order to benefit from any kind of discount you are entitled, you must show the documentation that proves it.
Once the tickets have been purchased, neither the time nor the date can be changed.
The ticket must be kept during the visit to an exhibition or attendance at an event.
Groups accompanied by a museum educator always have priority in the spaces, as they are carrying out an activity with a specific duration.
Please silence the acoustic signals of the mobile phone during the visit.
Once the ticket has been purchased, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Tickets that have been altered or used inappropriately may be confiscated, and will not allow access to the museum, without excluding the possible legal liability arising from their illegal use.
We inform you that the following is not allowed in the museum rooms:
Carrying food or drinks.
Touch the artworks.
Dogs are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs, that must be accredited at the entrance to the Museum.
Take pictures with flash or film.
Run and scream.
It is not allowed to enter the exhibition rooms with rucksacks, suitcases or bags larger than 30 x 30 cm, umbrellas or helmets. The Museum has a free locker room. In order to use it, you must show the Museum’s entrance ticket or the reservation confirmation letter. These lockers are subject to space availability. Only suitcases, rucksacks or bags smaller than 56 x 42 x 25 cm are allowed.

It is not allowed to enter the museum with scooters or bicycles.
El Museu del Barroc de Catalunya is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the building.

We remind you that the group must remain together during the entire route and always accompanied by the person(s) responsible.
In the case of organized activities, it is recommended to arrive at the Museum with enough time to organize the group. If due to an unforeseen event the group is delayed, it is necessary to communicate this on this phone number +34 93 874 11 55. For the good maintenance of the timetable, the visit time will be adapted in relation to your delay.
