Guided tour “Where are women at the museum?”

A tour that focuses on gender to interpret the collection and show the role of women during the baroque period.

The Museu del Barroc de Catalunya will join the commemoration of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, with guided tours that focus on gender. The goal of the tour is to make people aware of the importance of women in the baroque era, which role was mostly ignored.

Through different artworks of the collection, the visit will offer an account that will allow visitors to know more about how the life of these women was at that historical moment, The goal is to show how important they were to society.
