The Museu del Barroc de Catalunya will launch a cycle of conferences called “La Música a la Catalunya del Barroc (1600-1773)”, a cycle of four lectures about the music in Catalonia during the cultural context of the moment, by the musicologist and essayist Oriol Pérez Treviño.
The title of this first lecture is “El naixement de la música instrumental a la Catalunya del Barroc” in wich Oriol Pérez i Treviño will talk about the transition between the choral and the instrumental music in the territories of the crown of Aragon.
